Questions about Draygo GPS
Devices, update rates, terminal coverage and paying with Draychain credits.
Draygo GPS is live GPS tracking built for container drayage. It shows where each truck is, which container and chassis it is pulling, and when it entered and left each terminal.
Tracking is paid with Draychain credits, the same credit balance used for Draygo tolls, permits and platform services. $1 = 1 credit. Each tracked truck is charged its monthly plan price in credits, and the charge appears in your credit history.
No. You can start with the Draygo driver app on the driver’s phone. For company trucks, a hardwired or OBD tracker gives a faster update rate and keeps reporting even if the driver’s phone is off.
Hardwired and OBD trackers report every 10 seconds while the truck is moving and less often while parked. The driver app reports every 30 seconds to save battery.
Yes. Attach the container number and chassis to a trip and you can search by container number to find the truck pulling it, or view the full history of that container’s moves.
Geofences for major port terminals, rail ramps and container yards are preloaded, and you can draw your own around customer warehouses and your yard.
You get a low-balance warning before it happens. If the balance reaches zero, trucks keep reporting and history is kept, but the live map pauses until you top up your Draychain credits.
Only if you share a live ETA link. A link shows a single move, not your fleet, and stops working once the delivery is complete.
